For the most effective and comfortable experience, we recommend removing your bra to allow for full access to the back and shoulder areas during your massage. Underwear can be worn and is completely optional based on your comfort. Professional draping is used at all times to ensure your privacy and ease throughout the session.

Aromatherapy Massage
A gentle, nurturing treatment that blends soothing massage techniques with the healing power of essential oils. Designed to promote relaxation and restore balance to both body and mind, this massage is ideal for times of stress, fatigue, or when you're feeling a little under the weather. Drift into a state of calm with our Aromatherapy Massage.
Warm, moist towels are used to further calm the nervous system and ease muscle tension, enhancing the therapeutic effects of the oils.
Lymphatic massage
This specialized technique uses a combination of light and moderate pressure to gently stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. By encouraging healthy circulation, this therapy helps boost the immune system, increase oxygen supply to tissues, and aid in the removal of toxins and cellular waste.
Additional Techniques
Some of our massage treatments, such as Myofascial Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reflexology, are performed fully clothed. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing to allow for ease of movement and relaxation during your session. These therapies are gentle, non-invasive, and designed to support your body while keeping you completely at ease throughout the experience.
Myofascial Massage
Myofascial Massage focuses on relieving tension and pain held within the body’s myofascial tissue—a connective web-like structure that surrounds and supports the muscles. This therapy uses slow, sustained pressure and targeted holds along specific areas of the body to release restrictions in the fascia.
By gently unwinding these tight layers, Myofascial Massage can help improve posture, increase range of motion, and alleviate chronic pain or discomfort. It’s an effective, therapeutic option for those seeking long-term relief from muscular tension and restricted movement.
Craniosacral Massage
Craniosacral Massage is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses light touch—comparable to the weight of a nickel resting on the skin—to encourage the body’s natural healing processes. This subtle technique helps improve blood flow and oxygenation to areas with low nerve supply, supporting the central nervous system and overall wellness.
It’s especially effective for relieving headaches, nerve pain, inflammation, and symptoms related to an overactive nervous system. Ideal for those seeking a calming, restorative experience that works with the body’s natural rhythms.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that involves applying focused pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears—areas believed to correspond with various organs and systems throughout the body.
By stimulating these reflex points, this holistic treatment encourages relaxation, improves circulation, relieves tension, and supports the body’s natural healing processes. Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful way to promote overall balance and well-being.
